Christmas cards / Winter greetings. Our Christmas cards have long been the mainstay of our repertoire – "Christmas Cottage" was our first ecard, back in 2001. The concept of retail is to provide customers with products and services in a timely manner. When customers experience difficulties purchasing items, they may not want to shop at that particular store again. Online retail can be convenient and provide better customer service, but it can also be very difficult. A lot of the time people don't understand why the purchase didn't go up or down when they expected it to.

I was fortunate enough to be able to go shopping with my mom. She is a very old woman, but still as spry as ever. She would walk up and down the aisles of any store we went into and then she would tell me what each item cost. I just could not relate to her experience. This blog will compare people's online shopping experiences with the retail experience.

There is a lot of comparison between online shopping and retail shopping. Online shopping has a lot of benefits in comparison to retail shopping, like not having to get out of your house or go anywhere, being able to see the product before you buy it, and not having to deal with salespeople. But there are some disadvantages as well, like not being able to touch the product before buying it, not being able to ask for help if you don't know what you're looking for, and not being able to test out products that might have problems.

JackieLawrenceCards.com is a website where you can purchase custom playing cards and have them printed in full color on the other side of the box. The company boasts that their cards are the "most beautiful cards in the world". Their website states that anyone who orders their cards will be rewarded with a free deck upon completion of their order. I ordered my first deck of customized playing cards on JackieLawrenceCards.com and once they arrived, I was disappointed to find that they were not as advertised. The customization options were limited and they offered no freebies as promised by their website.
